Honesty & Confidentiality
If I am to give you the best possible legal representation, you will need to be entirely frank and honest with me. What you tell me (or don't tell me) can have a major impact on my ability to help you.
Because of our attorney/client relationship, everything you tell me will be held in the strictest confidence: it will not be repeated to anyone outside my office unless you first approve.
I will use the information you provide me to make important decisions about your case and recommendations to you. Obviously, my recommendations could be wrong if you give me inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.
Referrals
As attorneys and members of your community, we believe that among our greatest duties is maintain integrity with the client at all, times.
Because we believe that the best compliment an attorney can receive is the referral of new clients, we are most concerned that you receive the best representation available.
To that end, on those rare occasions when you may have an issue we are unable to handle for any reason, we will refer you to another attorney from those we have previously served.
